Drone Roof Survey is a trading name used by Sam Hembury, based in Exeter and working across Devon and the South West. The site you are reading is drone-roof-survey.uk.

If you fill in the enquiry form we collect your name, phone number, email address, the property address or town you gave, and what you wrote in the message box. That is the lot. There is no account to create and nothing else is asked for.

The form records the moment the page loaded so that automated submissions can be filtered out. Your IP address is used in the same way, to limit how many messages one connection can send in a short period. Neither is stored alongside your enquiry.

Your details are used to answer your enquiry, quote for the work and arrange the visit. They are not sold, rented, shared with marketing companies or added to any mailing list.

The enquiry is delivered by email through Resend, an email delivery provider, and lands in the survey inbox. It is kept there while the job is live and for a reasonable period afterwards in case of a query about work carried out.

Images captured during a survey are held so the report can be produced and so a copy can be reissued if you lose it. They are not published or used in marketing without asking you first.

Flights are planned and flown under the Civil Aviation Authority rules that apply to the operation, and imagery is captured of the property being surveyed rather than of the surrounding area.

This site sets no advertising cookies and runs no tracking pixels. If a Google Analytics property is connected, it measures page views and where visits came from, and nothing that identifies you personally.

You can ask what is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email info@exeterdronesurveys.co.uk and it will be dealt with. If you are not happy with the response you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
